The problem

“Our website gets traffic.” But from whom, from where, and which ad actually produced the buyer? Most brokerage websites can't answer any of it.

Ads stop hiding inside “direct”

Channels are classified on our servers from the campaign, the referrer and the ad click id, so a Google Ads click without UTM tags still counts as paid search.

From visitor to lead

The same person, in the CRM

When a visitor becomes a lead, their pages, their questions to Homeey AI and their quiz answers arrive with them. Filter visitors by channel, device, browser, system, source or event, and open any one of them.

Your data, on your site

Visitor Intelligence runs on your own tracker, not an ad network's. How we describe it to your visitors is set out in your privacy policy (see ours).

  • Your own tracker, on your own domain
  • Journeys, questions and sources, never keystrokes
  • Local development traffic filtered out
  • Read inside your workspace, visible to your team only

Each product is useful alone. Together they turn a visitor into a briefed lead without anyone retyping anything.

FAQ

Questions about Visitor Intelligence

Does it record what visitors type?

No keystrokes are recorded. It records page views, sessions, sources, clicks on calls to action and WhatsApp, quiz answers, and the questions visitors choose to ask Homeey AI.

Is this Google Analytics?

No. It is your own first-party tracker on your own site, read inside Homeey CRM next to your leads.

Why do our ads look better here than in other reports?

Google Ads clicks often arrive without UTM tags and get counted as direct traffic elsewhere. We classify them from the ad click id on our servers, so paid search shows up as paid search.

Does our own testing pollute the numbers?

No. Traffic from local development is filtered out, so your counts stay honest.
